Schmits has a focus on waterborne solutions. We produce these on a daily basis in our extensive vessel park, vessels having varying capacities (up to 30,000 litres). Our vessels are equipped with different types of agitators, such as anchor-shaped mixers, wing stirrers and dispersing discs. This means that Schmits is able to carry out the most diverse productions. Our plant is not equipped to perform reaction chemistry.
Important parameters for the optimal production method are e.g. viscosity, heating/cooling and of course the order size.
We have the knowledge and experience to assess whether your formulation can be improved, of course everything under strict confidentiality.
